Pool Safety at Aqua Operators and it is our number one priority and as a pool management company, we have a tremendous responsibility in keeping every resident and guest safe at all of our residential and commercial pool facilties.

Lifeguard’s Selection and Training

Pool Safety at Aqua Operators starts with the recruitment of employees and selection of only the best candidates.
Every Lifeguard applicant is interviewed directly by a member of the Pool Safety at Aqua Operators management team and trained by an American Red Cross Instructor.
Aqua Operators lifeguards must complete the following classes: American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid, Pool Operation Class.
All international lifeguards must pass a comprehensive written English Proficiency exam.
All lifeguards must participate in a mandatory Pool Safety at Aqua Operators “People Management” training so they will be ready to assist in every situation.
Regardless of certification validity, every lifeguard is certified or re-certified every year in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lifeguarding.

COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL POOL SAFETY AT AQUA OPERATORS TO ALL OUR PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED POOL FACILITIES

Our Pool Safety at Aqua Operators weekly In-Service Training for lifeguards and area supervisors ensures that our personnel is always prepared to handle any and all emergency situations.
During our in-service Pool Safety at Aqua Operators trainings we repeatedly go over all rescue techniques and practice various scenarios.
In-service training is under the direct supervision of our safety directors who participate in all in-service training sessions.
Our safety inspectors will conduct random Pool Facility Safety Audits and Pool Facility Safety checks to ensure that our lifeguards are vigilant and attentive refreshing their knowledge as well as Pool Facility Inspections

The safety of each facility is randomly checked by our team of safety inspectors and area supervisors.
Pool Safety at Aqua Operators safety inspectors ensure that our lifeguards are vigilant and in compliance with our strict safety standards and procedures.
